We’re so delighted to see Country Music Television bring the live award show back to Austin for the 2024 CMT Awards, Sunday April 7th. On the night before the total solar eclipse, with Austin being a hub due to being in the path of totality, the energy surrounding this event will be off the charts!

With tons of surprises we suspect, the night is already jam packed with an eclectic list of performers and presenters including: Sammy Hagar, Gayle King, James Van Der Beek, Jane Seymour, Melissa Etheridge, Billy Bob Thornton, Minnie Driver and then the expected ones: Bailey Zimmerman, Cody Johnson, Dasha, Jason Aldean, Jelly Roll, Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini, Lainey Wilson, Little Big Town + Sugarland, Megan Moroney, NEEDTOBREATHE + Jordan Davis, Old Dominion ft. Megan Moroney, Parker McCollum ft. Brittney Spencer, Sam Hunt and Trisha Yearwood.

The night includes an all-star tribute to country legend Toby Keith with a stacked lineup of Brooks & Dunn, Lainey Wilson and Sammy Hagar, all backed by Toby’s longtime band, with special appearances by Austin local and son of Willie Nelson, Lukas Nelson, and Roger Clemens.
